It is a travesty that it is already August and our little sailboat is JUST getting in the water. This summer has been far too busy for my liking and is zooming by way too quickly. Second Wind had her splash day today, and we didn't sail, but we did sit on her and soak in the lovely evening. Sometimes that's enough. With such a late start, we better keep her in the water until the lake starts to freeze.
In other news, Reagan and I went paddleboarding. Well, I paddled. She was passenger princess, but that's ok. I needed the work out. HOW I'm going to miss this girl!!
