St. Anne's Feast Day

 

As is our tradition, we held a procession and outdoor mass for St. Anne's patronal feast day, followed by a BBQ picnic.  It was lovely as always.  

A Wedding Shower

 Niece Jennie gets married in a few short months.  We gathered for a wedding shower!

It was also the 2 year anniversary of Mim's passing, so we had a special service at the cemetery, led by Tom.  How we miss Mim, and how she would've loved to be a part of her granddaughter's special day!

Young Women off to Stuebenville!

 

Reagan is off to St. Paul, MN for the Stuebenville youth conference with our church group!  Have a blessed time, everyone!

Finally, a sail!

 

It's already end of July and we haven't even sailed yet!  This is NOT OKAY!!!  Finally talked Rob into taking Reagan and I out.  How I love to sail!!

Oh, and my new little flower garden is coming along!  

The Aho Girls and the Canal Run!

Jennie gets married in a few short weeks, and so she agreed to run the canal run with me, to get in shape for the big day.  She was diligent, and ran 4-5 days a week for months to train.  I ran... 4-5 days.  Total.  We both finished the race.  I'm proud of that fact.  But she enjoyed the rest of the day pain free, and for me... rigor mortis. Still, a fun thing to do with a sweet niece!
