Happy Halloween!

 Years ago (like up until last year, for her entire life) Reagan went all out on Halloween, coming up with elaborate costumes and winning the Chassell VFW Halloween Costume Contest not a few times.  This year, she did not create a costume.  She did not do the VFW party.  She did not Trick Or Treat.  She stayed home with a friend, did homework, and watched a movie.  She did dress up for school, recycling a costume from 8 years ago.  

But that's it.  

Kids growing up is hard for me.

Gremlin Spirit

Reagan is full of Gremlin Spirit for the big Copper Bowl football game!

The Copper Shoe

It's Copper Bowl week, and the Houghton Gremlins are battling it out against the Hancock Bulldogs in every fall sport there is.  Reagan participated with the varsity Cross Country team, and they were the proud winners of the Copper Shoe trophy!

 It's been a stunning fall.  So warm, it still feels like summer, with vibrant and long lasting colors.  

Comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas

 

I took a LOT of pictures of comet Tsuchinshan-Atlas, because it reportedly comes around only every 88,000 years, and it's pretty darned awesome that it can be seen with the naked eye! Combine that with the fall foliage, and it makes for some pretty stunning pics!
