Father's Day Football

Father's Day

First time in about 20 years I've been able to spend Father's Day with my own Dad.  Plus a homecoming reunion with the kids.  Plus boating and perfect weather.  And being married to a guy who's a pretty great dad to our kids.  What a great day!!!

On the Way Home: Abraham Lincoln's House

Bit of a history lesson on the trip back home, stopping in Springfield, IL for a visit to the home of Abraham Lincoln!  These kids have learned a lot this trip!!

Last of Branson, and the trip home.

Such a great week they had.  The kids finished up their special vacation with Grandma and Grandpa by more swimming, more eating, and a pool-side drive in movie.  How cool is that!?!

Hiking and Swimming the Buffalo River

Arkansas bound for a great hike!!!  The spelunking lasted until the cave narrowed to belly-crawl levels, and then grandma and grandpa decided turn around ;).  Plenty of natural beauty and grandeur, though!  Followed  by bridge jumping and swimming in the river!
