Dad and his copilot landed on a Lake Superior beach and roasted their dinner (and apparently dessert). Not many kids can say that they get to do that just any time they want!

Hogwarts Storybook Garden Party
The sixth (and final!) Storybook Garden Party went down, and we all met at Kingscross station at Platform 9 3/4 to catch the Hogwarts Express! As with all previous storybook garden parties, it rained in the morning. Even though nothing had been in the forecast. It's the way these things work... a little drizzle in the morning, and then beautiful sun come party time! It was crazy, but the kids looked fabulous and had fun (reportedly, even 14 year old boys)! It was a great way to end.
To be continued in 2036, with my grandchildren ;).
