 I could not be more proud of these three young people.  They work SO hard and demonstrate athleticism, shattering stereotypes.  All three have improved so much and just rocked it!  Go, Jimmy, Johnny, and Amy!

Also, Amy  broke the state record for the 400m, something she had set her mind to, and then accomplished.  SO proud of this young lady!

And lastly, a random meet up in Walmart of past co-workers who both retired years ago!  Talk about a throw-back and what a surprise that we were all there at the same time!  So good to see Mark and Susan again!

Memorial Day

It's been a minute since the family celebrated Memorial day at Grandpa's!  It was reportedly a lovely afternoon!  I was gone to a doctor's appointment, so missed out on the fun.

Reagan and the Lake Superior Youth Symposium

 Reagan traveled to Duluth with her Biology class for a Symposium at the University of Minnesota Duluth.  Not sure what all they did, but she sent pics of fish and a waterfall, and reportedly had a great time!

Spring Flooding

 We had a doozy of a storm here recently, which led to some heavy duty flooding.  Spring has arrived very late; winter and cold just refuses to let go.  Nice that the daffodils finally decided to show up (in mid-May!), but the flooding brought too many flashbacks of the Father's Day Flood.
